Tricare has cancelled our contract which, will not allow us to be PCP for Tricare prime patients.    We care deeply for our Tricare patients and we love serving you; however Tricare is demanding that we accept fees that are below our cost.   Please contact them and let them know how you feel about the care you received from us.  We would love to be able to take care of our Tricare Prime patients again.  Here is the list of contact numbers:

We are currently able to treat Tricare Standard and Tricare for Life patients because these plans do not require a PCP.  However, there will be a higher cost share of 25% instead of 20%.
