  • FLU SHOTS: We will start giving flu shots by appointment only on October 1, 2024. Please call our office to schedule. You can also click hereto request an appointment and we will text you your appointment information.
  • EMPLOYMENT: To see a list of open employment positions, click here. 
  • WELLNESS: Most insurances cover wellness' for most ages. This is recommended for all patients to have done yearly. Please call our office to see if you are due for yours. 
  • ​CHARTSPAN: Cabot Medical Care is excited to announce that we now offer an extra level of care to Medicare patients! Our new care management program, called ChartSpan, provides you with a 24/7 nurse line, personalized care plans, help with medication refills and appointments, and other benefits. Starting the week of 07/10/2023, we will be reaching out to patients who qualify by mail and phone. Any call from ChartSpan will come from (501) 424-6557.   • PHREESIA: For a more hands-free check-in process, make sure to complete your Phreesia registration before you arrive for your appointment. You will receive your notification via text or email. If you do not prefer this method, please arrive to your appointment 20-30 minutes early to do your paperwork in the office. Please ask any of our receptionists for more information.
  • PFAC: Cabot Medical Care now has a Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) that we would love for you to be a part of.
